Matthew J. Norcross is currently open to new speaking engagements, and will be able to do in-person talks, starting mainly in the Carolinas. His series mainly focuses on the many trials and tribulations he has faced throughout his life, and how he implements the 7 Degrees of Change  - seven key character traits - to these kinds of situations.
